The Project
In this operation, we obtained the mandate on a co-exclusive basis from the multinational logistics parks company Goodman, to carry out the sale of a portfolio of 4 warehouses located in the Corredor de Henares, and in the A 4 axis of Madrid.
Goodman had carried out constructive improvements to the properties, but they had short contract maturities and a low vacancy rate. It was therefore a portfolio aimed at Core+ I Value Added buyers.
Our job was to identify the investment opportunities, sort out the process, and select a list of institutional investors with the right profile. BentallGreenOak was finally selected.
The result:
After keeping the assets in the portfolio and renegotiating the leases with the tenants, BGO sells the portfolio together with other properties located in other continental European countries to Patrizia for a substantial profit.
