The Project
Purchase of land by transport company for the construction of logistics centre for sale in S&L
Transportes Jurado is a family company with a strong presence in the national market that, due to operational needs, requires a warehouse for storage distribution in the central area of Spain.
This operation begins with the purchase of a plot of land in the municipality of Yunquera de Henares for the design and construction of a logistics platform of 25,440 sqm.² by the transport company.
The result:
In order to capitalise the company and focus on its logistics business, funds are being sought for the purchase of the warehouse built using the following formula forward purchase a private agreement was signed between the parties to secure the sale and to be able to obtain better financing conditions for the work.
Once the work has been delivered, the purchase of the property is materialised and a 10-year rental contract is signed for the development of Transportes Jurado's activity.
