The Project
New platform specialising in investment, development and management of state-of-the-art logistics and industrial assets, seeks to invest more than 1 billion euros in the Iberian Peninsula.
For the implementation of this investment, it is necessary to select the land, design and build the logistics platforms, for their subsequent commercialisation. All this while ensuring that the projects meet the highest standards of social and environmental sustainability.
The result:
Since the launch of the platform in Spain in 2021, Proequity has carried out the design of the warehouses, and has participated in the search for land as well as co-exclusive marketing for several of its platforms.
Thus, in about two years, we helped Newdock to place around 600 million in investment volume.
