The Project
ADER, a logistics company specialising in distribution, has warehouses and distribution centres throughout Spain, with its headquarters in Barcelona.
This expansion project consisted of extending its network of warehouses in Madrid, in the 1st or 2nd logistical ring with a good connection to main roads (A-4, M-50, M-45) for capillary distribution.
The building had to have a sufficiently large manoeuvring area to dedicate an area to recycling with cardboard, plastic and wooden pallet containers. As for the size of the warehouse, they were looking for a surface area that could accommodate the merchandise they currently had in stock, but they were always open to being able to grow with new clients in the retail sector.
The result:
Thanks to Proequity's extensive experience and knowledge of the logistics market, several visits were organised to properties located in Madrid's 1st logistics area, and after an initial commercial prospecting, it was decided to broaden the search spectrum to intermediate areas that could be suitable and that met the logistics operations required.
After identifying the most suitable building, contract negotiations began. There were some obstacles in the way, but these were overcome thanks to the help of the property and the real estate consultants who worked on the project. After guiding the client towards the best decision, it was possible to close the deal with contractual benefits for both parties.
Once this real estate rental operation was completed, the relationship between Proequity and the client continued, working together on new projects throughout the country, a sign of the constancy and professionalism shown.
