Proequity and Estrada & Partners advise Logisfashion on the leasing of a third logistics centre in Ontígola

• The warehouse, which belongs to the US company Barings, has a built-up area of almost 25,000 square metres on a plot of 35,862 square metres.
• In this way, the multinational logistics company specialising in fashion & lifestyle ecommercehas strengthened its presence in the municipality of Ontígola, Toledo, where it has more than 75,000 active square metres distributed in 3 centres.

Madrid, 3 July 2023. Proequity together with Estrada & Partners, advise Logisfashion, in the search and lease of its new distribution centre in Ontígola. It is a warehouse of 24,461 square metres built on a plot of 35,862 square metres belonging to Barings, a US real estate asset manager. With this project, the logistics operator specialising in the fashion industry reinforces its presence in Toledo, strengthening its presence in strategic locations for the distribution of goods.  

In this line, the multinational has rented warehouses in the municipality of Toledo, thus reaching 75,000 square metres of operational space in the area distributed in three logistics centres. In this case, Proequity and Estrada & Partners have carried out a search and consultancy work when it comes to leasing a new logistics platform for the distribution work of large textile sector firms.

The warehouse has 30 loading and unloading bays, as well as excellent road connections, being located close to the A-4 motorway. Thanks to its location and its complete facilities, characterised by their efficiency, sustainability and safety, this project is an ideal site for the development of logistics activities.
