Proequity and CBRE co-exclusively advise Brookfield and Logistik Service in the marketing of a plot of land for the construction of turnkey projects.

 

  • Logistik Service, a company of recognised prestige in the development of industrial and logistics areas, has a 176,607 m plot of land at its disposal.2It will house two industrial logistics buildings, which between them will have a total surface area of 100,000 m².2. This project is the result of an alliance between asset manager Brookfield and Logistik Service to invest approximately €500 million in logistics opportunities in the Iberian Peninsula. This agreement will allow both companies to develop a logistics portfolio focused on acquiring land and developing and managing logistics warehouses in the main industrial areas. In this new Joint VentureBrookfield acts as financial partner, and Logistik Service as operating and managing partner.

Madrid, 30 May 2023. Proequity, a consultancy firm specialising in real estate transactions, and CBRE, the leading international company specialising in real estate consultancy and services, have been selected on a co-exclusive basis to advise this Joint Venture in the marketing of this plot of land for the construction of turnkey projects, located in Ontígola, Toledo.

On this plot, Logistik Services will develop under the "turnkey" concept two logistics buildings adapted to the requirements of its customers and to the highest standards of environmental quality and sustainability. To this end, work will be carried out to obtain Leed & Well Gold certification, promoting the best efficiency in the assets.

The platform has excellent road connections. It has direct access and a frontage of nearly a thousand metres to the A-4, connecting the warehouse with the capital in just 40 minutes. Thanks to this strategic location, it connects with the main logistics points of the Iberian Peninsula.
