Proequity and Invertica commercialise a logistic platform in Leganés 

• This is a project of nearly 20,000 sqm located in the PP10 industrial estate in Leganés, facing the M-50.

• The platform, commercialised co-exclusively by both companies, will be available for the new tenant to be operational in April 2024.

Madrid, October 2 of 2023. The consultancy firms Proequity and Invertica are co-exclusively marketing a logistics platform located in the PP10 industrial estate in Leganés. The asset, owned by an international real estate investment manager, will be available for the new tenant to be operational in April 2024.

The project consists of nearly 20,000 sqm of space built on a 34,113 sqm plot designed for a single tenant. It has 26 loading bays, a 32-metre manoeuvring area and a clear height of 11.6 metres. The warehouse has a ground floor of 18,041 m² dedicated to storage and two floors of offices with 962 m² per floor. In addition, the facilities have LED lighting and 9 charging points for electric vehicles.

Its location in the PP10 industrial estate in Leganés is key due to its direct access to high-speed roads such as the R-5, M-50 and M-407. It is also 36 kilometres from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport.
