Proequity has been appointed to be exclusive leasing agent for Scannell Properties logistics platform in Guadalajara

 

  • The logistics platform of more than 12,000 square metres is located in the Corredor del Henares in Alovera, Guadalajara, and will be for a single tenant.
  • The platform will have BREEAM Excellent certification and a GLA of more than 12,000 square metres.

Madrid, July 19, 2023. Scannell Properties has commissioned Proequity to exclusively market the lease of a logistic platform of more than 12,000 square metres located in Alovera, Guadalajara.

It is a warehouse of more than 12,000 square metres on a plot of nearly 25,000 square metres. Of which 11,369 sqm will be dedicated to warehouse and 853 sqm to office.

Scannell Properties, a private real estate development and investment company, started construction work on the platform at the beginning of July. The warehouse is expected to be completed in its entirety in the first quarter of 2024, with Proequity being in charge of leasing the platform on an exclusive basis.

The future warehouse will have 16 loading bays, a 32-metre manoeuvring bay and a clear height of 11.5 metres. In addition, it will incorporate LED lighting and natural light of 5%, a structure made of prefabricated concrete and a high risk PCI level 8 certification.

The plot has an excellent location, in the heart of the Corredor del Henares, the most important logistics centre in Spain, consolidated by the presence of large operators and brands and with excellent road connections, with direct access to the A-2 and R-2. In addition, it is 50 kilometres from Madrid and 6 kilometres from the dry port, the main focus or engine of rail transport.
