final en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, seg\u00fan el Instituto para la Diversificaci\u00f3n y Ahorro de la Energ\u00eda (IDAE).\u00a0 En este sentido,<strong> Proequity, <\/strong>consultora l\u00edder en operaciones inmolog\u00edsticas<strong>, <\/strong>destaca que, con el fin de hacer frente a esta situaci\u00f3n, la b\u00fasqueda por lo sostenible y nuevas formas de ahorrar en energ\u00eda deben situarse en el centro de las decisiones de las compa\u00f1\u00edas del sector.<\/p><p>Las naves log\u00edsticas necesitar\u00e1n\u00a0energ\u00eda renovable incorporada y apoyo al transporte el\u00e9ctrico y, de cara a 2050, <strong>se requerir\u00e1 que est\u00e9n completamente adaptadas garantizar su neutralidad en cuanto a emisiones de carbono<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Adaptaci\u00f3n de las naves log\u00edsticas para cumplir las expectativas energ\u00e9ticas <\/strong><\/p><p>Uno de los puntos clave a tratar es el elevado gasto energ\u00e9tico en proyectos inmolog\u00edsticos. Seg\u00fan los expertos de Proequity, en la actualidad, sigue habiendo edificaciones muy antiguas que requieren de costes elevados para llevar a cabo la adaptaci\u00f3n de sus instalaciones.<\/p><p>Las obras de modernizaci\u00f3n incluyen la <strong>mejora de la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en los sistemas de iluminaci\u00f3n y de calefacci\u00f3n, ventilaci\u00f3n y climatizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Reconociendo este desaf\u00edo, la consultora destaca la necesidad de adoptar tecnolog\u00edas y pr\u00e1cticas que mejoren la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en todas las etapas del proyecto, desde la construcci\u00f3n hasta la operaci\u00f3n diaria. \u00a0<\/p><p>En este sentido, en la b\u00fasqueda de un futuro m\u00e1s sostenible, el <strong>almacenamiento de energ\u00eda<\/strong> se ha convertido en un componente esencial en la construcci\u00f3n de edificios sostenibles, una soluci\u00f3n importante y efectiva para optimizar el consumo y reducir la dependencia de fuentes no renovables, seg\u00fan advierte la consultora.<\/p><p><strong>Requerimientos de los nuevos inversores <\/strong><\/p><p>Cabe destacar que, durante la fase de compra, <strong>los inversores valoran cada vez m\u00e1s los edificios que tienen una clara estrategia para reducir emisiones<\/strong> y que cuentan con instalaciones adaptadas para hacer frente al gasto energ\u00e9tico. No obstante, como la mayor parte del stock de edificios pertenecen a peque\u00f1os y medianos propietarios, muchos de ellos carecen de los recursos y la experiencia necesaria para embarcarse en estas mejoras.<\/p><p><em>\u201cEs una realidad que el sector log\u00edstico requiere de un gasto energ\u00e9tico elevado.
