\/><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Madrid, 5 de febrero de 2024.\u00a0<\/strong>La inversi\u00f3n en log\u00edstica ha adquirido una importancia creciente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, impulsada por transformaciones en la econom\u00eda global y la llegada de tecnolog\u00edas innovadoras. Por esta raz\u00f3n, el sector se posiciona como uno de los mercados m\u00e1s atractivos en la actualidad para inversores, <em>family offices <\/em>y otros interesados en la adquisici\u00f3n de activos.<\/p>\n<p>De cara a este a\u00f1o 2024, <strong>Proequity, consultora l\u00edder en operaciones inmolog\u00edsticas<\/strong>, se\u00f1ala hacia una reactivaci\u00f3n de la actividad, gracias al control de la inflaci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento los intereses. En este sentido, el Banco Central Europeo (BCE), en su \u00faltima reuni\u00f3n del 25 de enero, ha decido mantener el nivel de tipos en el 4,5%, y no volver a aumentarlos. La entidad bancaria no descarta bajar el coste del dinero durante el a\u00f1o 2024, si la inflaci\u00f3n se sit\u00faa pr\u00f3xima al 2%.<\/p>\n<p>Tras superar un 2023 en el que, aunque las cifras de inversi\u00f3n sobrepasaron los 1.000 millones de euros, se quedaron lejos de los datos r\u00e9cord registrados en 2022, de cara a este a\u00f1o si se espera un aumento de la actividad dado que los inversores apuestan por un descenso del nivel de tipos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principales inversores en suelo log\u00edstico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta el inter\u00e9s en la compra de suelo log\u00edstico que se ha experimentado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en Espa\u00f1a, Proequity prev\u00e9 que habr\u00e1 un aumento por parte de inversores extranjeros y empresas, especialmente en municipios de la zona centro y Levante, donde se anticipa la generaci\u00f3n de nuevos desarrollos log\u00edsticos para atraer inversi\u00f3n y fomentar la creaci\u00f3n de empleo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se espera que los inversores contin\u00faen enfoc\u00e1ndose en sectores clave como <em>data centers, lifescience, education y agribusiness<\/em>, impulsados por grandes macrotendencias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apuesta por la sostenibilidad <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En l\u00ednea con las \u00faltimas tendencias, se vislumbra claramente que los inversores continuar\u00e1n apostando de manera creciente por la sostenibilidad en el desarrollo y adquisici\u00f3n de proyectos.<\/p>\n<p>La creciente conciencia ambiental y social ha llevado a una transformaci\u00f3n en la mentalidad de los inversionistas, quienes reconocen la importancia de integrar pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles en sus carteras.
