sigue teniendo un peso representativo en la contrataci\u00f3n del sector, seg\u00fan los expertos de Proequity.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">M\u00e1s de la mitad del empleo en el sector log\u00edstico se concentra en las regiones de Madrid, Catalu\u00f1a y Andaluc\u00eda.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Madrid, 30 de noviembre de 2023.\u00a0<\/strong>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y gracias a la aparici\u00f3n del <em>e-commerce<\/em>, el sector log\u00edstico ha experimentado un notable crecimiento. Proequity, consultora l\u00edder en operaciones inmolog\u00edsticas, destaca la continua expansi\u00f3n del empleo en el sector superando las cifras nacionales y consolid\u00e1ndose como un pilar fundamental en la generaci\u00f3n de oportunidades laborales.<\/p><p>El sector log\u00edstico y de transporte ha mejorado sus datos de ocupaci\u00f3n en el tercer trimestre de ejercicio y se espera que as\u00ed contin\u00fae durante la \u00faltima etapa del a\u00f1o. Seg\u00fan los datos recogidos en la \u00faltima Encuesta de Poblaci\u00f3n Activa elaborada por INE, <strong>el sector alcanza un total de 1.186.000 ocupados<\/strong>, lo que <strong>implica un incremento anual de un 8,68%<\/strong>, as\u00ed como un ascenso de un 1,93% trimestral.<\/p><p>Este sector se ha consolidado como un motor esencial en la generaci\u00f3n de empleo a nivel nacional. Durante este a\u00f1o 2023 y de acuerdo con el informe publicado por Randstad research, se han registrado un total de <strong>827 mil empleados en el sector<\/strong> superando los niveles pre-pandemia. Empleos que se distribuyen en tres ramas de actividad: Transporte de mercanc\u00edas (52%), Almacenamiento y actividades anexas al transporte (35%), y las Actividades postales y de correos (13%).<\/p><p>El avance de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y el <em>e-commerce<\/em> ha generado tambi\u00e9n que se requieran perfiles m\u00e1s cualificados que puedan llevar a cabo con \u00e9xito las funciones requeridas en el \u00e1mbito log\u00edstico.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>El e-commerce incentiva la creaci\u00f3n de empleo en el sector log\u00edstico <\/strong><\/p><p>Un aspecto fundamental que impulsa el crecimiento del empleo en el sector log\u00edstico es la creciente relevancia del comercio electr\u00f3nico que refuerza su crecimiento durante la temporada de Black Friday y Cyber Monday a la que tambi\u00e9n se ha unido como novedad de este 2023 el BlackShopping con ventas en vivo y entretenimiento. Proequity destaca que el e-commerce representa una piedra angular sobre la que se sustenta el crecimiento continuo de la log\u00edstica y su empleabilidad. El informe del sector log\u00edstico elaborado por Randstad research se\u00f1ala que Catalu\u00f1a destaca al concentrar el 16% del empleo en el segmento de Transporte de mercanc\u00edas, mientras que Madrid lidera con un 27% en la rama de Almacenamiento.
