operations, has advised on the sale of a new surface area. These are the premises of TXT, a transport company specialising in industrial parcel services, transport of dangerous goods and integrated logistics, which have been sold at a price of <em>family office<\/em> Spanish. The transaction was advised by the consultancy firm and supported by Trier Capital.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>With this transaction, the new owner will have a built-up area of 4,016 square metres located in Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara), within an independent plot of land of up to 10,000 square metres. It is expected that, after the closing of the transaction, the warehouse will be fully operational during the first months of 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>As for the facilities, in addition to their ample space, they have two manoeuvring beaches on each side, thus facilitating the operations of <em>cross-docking<\/em>. This provides greater agility in transferring shipments from one mode of transport to another. The vessel is also equipped with 26 loading bays for <em>trailers<\/em> and vans.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\"The experience of the professional teams of both companies has been decisive in the sale process.
