Industrial Park of Coslada, a strategic enclave thanks to its direct connection to the A-2, as well as its proximity to customs.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Madrid, 30 January 2023.<\/strong> Recently, ProEquity, a leading consultancy firm in real estate operations, has advised on the commercialisation of a logistics plant in Coslada, Madrid. It is a facility owned by IOSA, a real estate project manager, which has been leased to WHS, a company specialising in warehousing, which will convert the plant into its new base of operations.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>With this transaction, the new tenant has a total of 4,860 square metres in the industrial estate of Coslada, 4,000 of which will be used for a warehouse. The warehouse has 8 docks and 4 gates dedicated to logistics activity. It also has offices in a separate building.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>As a result of the operation, the facilities are undergoing improvement works as part of the operation, thus optimising and modernising the warehouse spaces with new technologies and tools that promote efficiency, user well-being and safety. In this way, the warehouse will also be provided with LED lighting to reduce electricity consumption.
