The Project<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

In this operation we advised Pal Capital, a fund with no headquarters in Spain at the time, on its first logistics operation in our country. After an exhaustive analysis of the market and the most promising locations, they decided to invest in the municipality of Getafe, advised by Proequity.<\/span><\/p>

The structure of the operation was forward funding.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
