The Project<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

In this operation, we obtained the mandate on a co-exclusive basis from the multinational logistics parks company Goodman, to carry out the sale of a portfolio of 4 warehouses located in the Corredor de Henares, and in the A 4 axis of Madrid.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Goodman had carried out constructive improvements to the properties, but they had short contract maturities and a low vacancy rate. It was therefore a portfolio aimed at Core+ I Value Added buyers.<\/span><\/p>

Our job was to identify the investment opportunities, sort out the process, and select a list of institutional investors with the right profile. BentallGreenOak was finally selected.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
