The Project<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

German company of technological innovation in the automotive sector, experts in installing autonomous driving software in prototypes of various vehicle manufacturers.<\/span><\/p>

It was looking for a location close to the road junction in Barcelona and with good connections to public transport in order to make it easier for its employees to attract the best talent.<\/span><\/p>

In terms of the asset, they were looking for a refurbished industrial type building with great interior finishes. At the same time, the offices and infrastructure had to have all the best online connectivity specifications for the software programmes used.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

For this project, there was a time window of 4 months to find a suitable asset and the signing of the lease contract. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The result:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

After a detailed study of the availability of this type of asset on the A-2 axis, and contact with several potential owners, several visits were scheduled with those responsible for the expansion project in Spain.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Once the possibilities had been filtered and after several active property prospecting trips, a warehouse with the optimum characteristics was identified. Certain private works were carried out for the correct performance of its activity and after a few months of implementation, the expansion project was a complete success, achieving synergies between its own workers in Germany and qualified staff hired in Spain.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
